This is a perfect hot summer day cocktail – being that it is frozen and made with Rum & Lime, it could not be more refreshing! We hadn’t had the chance to try one until a friend told us that he had recently been to a hotel where they served a version of this made with Liquid nitrogen (more for performance reasons than anything else) But we were intrigued and had to try and create a blended version to satisfy our need for a refreshing summer beverage on this boiling hot weekend!

  1. 3 oz Cabana Cachaca Rum
  2. Juice of One lime
  3. 1 oz simple syrup
  4. 1 tbsp. Limeade concentrate (We used minute maid frozen)
  5. 3 cups Ice
  6. Garnish - Lime wheel & Lemon Twist
  1. Put all ingredients in your blender
  2. top with ice
  3. If you have a frozen drinks button then push it and let it do its thing - ours takes one minute to go through its whole process. If not just pulse a few times and turn on for approximately 45 seconds.
  4. Pour into two rocks glasses and garnish with a lime wheel & a lemon twist
