Tea & Tonic

What could be more English than Earl Grey Tea & Gin combined? … I don’t know, but this drink certainly reminds me of my mother! One of our first infusions – such a quick, fun & delicious one too! This cocktail is dangerous – it tastes like an Iced Earl Grey tea, but somehow manages to make you feel lightheaded…an odd but welcome sensation! We had two English recipe testers for the following two variations on the tea & Tonic…We also had many others and many votes to decide on the best two…the perfect way to spend an afternoon if you ask me!! Let us know your favorite!
